Returns policy:
Awesome Sounds must be notified by either e-mail or phone call within 14 days of item being shipped to the consumer in order to receive an Return Authorization #. No items will be accepted for credit without Prior authorization. the R.A.# plus the original receipt must accompany all returned item. All unopened items returned will be for store credit only. opened items will not be authorized for return. Shipping cost for returned items must be paid for by the consumer whereas the replacement item shipping cost will be paid for by Awesome Sounds. Opened items with manufacturer defect will be replaced with the same item. All items are packed securely for safety to ensure they arrive damage free so with that being explained we do not accept cracked/scratched or other types of damages as authorized returns. If the authorized returned item is no longer available then the consumer will either be allowed to chose another CD/DVD of their choice of equal or less value or they may receive a store credit for future purchases. No Checks Accepted. Money order purchases are accepted and maybe handled through e-mail or phone calls but order will not be processed until the money order arrives at Awesome Sounds. All orders are processed daily and should be shipped within 48 hrs of it being placed. If there is a delay you will be notified of the reason and the expected day it will ship. If due to error by Awesome Sounds the wrong item is shipped to you then when it is returned [unopened] the correct item plus the refund for your shipping cost will be sent to you.
Shipping Policy:
All items are ship to addresses within the Conus 48 states plus Hawaii and Alaska ONLY. we also ship to P.O. boxes at military installations overseas with APO / FPO Addresses. NO C.O.D orders are accepted. Orders are shipped "Free" at the "media" rate (normal delivery time is 5-10 days), but you may upgrade your order to First Class shipping for an additional $2 per item added to your order.
